Do you have any workaholics in your family? My husband is one. His work takes up all his time. He leaves by 8:00 a.m. and comes back at 11:00 p.m. with no energy. He complains that he's so tired. It's horrible. He just can't say no when it comes to work. I'm tired of being on maternity leave and listening to him whine. I ended up going part-time. We agreed that I would come at lunchtime, bring him my son, and he would take him home and walk with him. I thought I'd trick my husband into leaving early. In the end, he took him for a walk, played with him, fed him..... At work. I found out about it only at the end of the working day, when my husband said that he would not go anywhere, because he had already agreed on something there! I have no more strength - I want a family life, not a workaholic who will soon drive himself to the end.

In the middle of June vacation. I want to go on vacation to the sea. My man with whom we have a child is against it. My son is 4 years old. I used to go every year. He tells me to be patient for a couple more years, until the son grows up and in general, he may not be released unscheduled vacation. Why do I have to wait? I'm going on my own money and I'm completely self-supporting. I'm imagining this vacation. He begins to whine that he can not sunbathe for a long time and his parents did not go to the seas, everyone lived normally. I'm not a domestic nerd, I want to rest on my proper vacation. If he can't arrange it for me, why does he even open his mouth? I said all this to him, he pouted and took offense....

I'm the whitehat who "hacked" $JACKPOT. The founder was incredibly rude when I tried to disclose that the private key of the admin account was published in the frontend where anyone could find it with "inspect source".

When I iterated that the vulnerability was critical and could drain the entire contract he told me to "go ahead and do it". 

So I did.

That got his attention and he was very apologetic. I sent everything back as soon as he was able to confirm control of the deployer account. I took screenshots of all interactions except the first rude messages because he deleted them before I could.

For the record I don't think it was a scam. I think he was just trying to build something that got hype but using a completely inexperienced dev to do it. And then so inundated with spam that he couldn't distinguish a real security disclosure. Whether the plan was to rug afterwards is anyone's guess but I don't know if assumption of guilt is correct here.
