I've honestly struggled to keep useful one-liners in my terminal over time, and where I typically don't want to preserve my shell history (much less store it on a database) Warp is on to something that I think I can get used to.

The one with the video is Youtube Template. Using that along with Templater allows you to insert any YouTube video and have it exist as a page within Obsidian. You can combine this with traditional templates for transcriptions and note taking. For transcriptions you can this:

Sometimes I just open up notes.app, but I start most mornings with a daily note and go through my day using it as a time tracking activity. If I'm good about it, I know everything I read or watched for a day, where I went and how long I spent there. Over time I can track how long I spend on any number of activities.
