Hey! some users don't have neither True or False value for their power_badge. 
is it gradual, every day more users will get a value?

Took my curiosity on a hike, came back with a startup, and a stray cat.

any chances you can send me an example of a user (fid / username) that does not have the value? will make reproducing easier on my side

i'm using a cursor with this to get a list of users. i'm getting back in total 5358 rows. out of those, only 300  have a power_badge value
