when i was recently setting up one of my hns names for my homepage, i realized a lot of handshake tools from a couple of years ago were gone or abandoned (⌒_⌒;) i hadn't checked in for a while. i think maybe a good handshake-only browser would help a lot. like how tor has its own browsers. beacon doesn't seem to work reliably

i was looking at how difficult it would be to build a barebones webkit browser in swift but then i wouldn't know where to start with how to integrate handshake resolution ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

yes but beacon doesn't work a lot of time (⌒_⌒;) tho, that might be bc of how names on namebase are set up with no trust certs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I opened it up for the first time in forever and it's having problems with https://blog.neuenet/ and https://examplename/. Unfortunate. Looks like the proxy resolver they've hardcoded isn't updated or something. If only it were easier to build web browsers. The Browser Company said they were working on something like that but idk where that is on their priority list atm.
