Hello everyone; I tried my best in making the 차돌박이 두부두루치기 Duboo duruchigi with Chadolbagi, beef briskets ; that Gwen Kim posted today. As a first trial I followed her recipe without changing anything. Even if the original version from Daejeon is sweeter than this, I wouldn’t add more sweetener because I tend not to like sweet taste. This broth is delicious. Thanks Gwen for the recipe.♥️
