that includes, among many other things, first amendment, fourth amendment, and fifth amendment. the supreme court has also held that lawful permanent residents, aka green card holders, should not be treated the same as other noncitizens. you can have your political takes, but they are not rooted in american jurisprudence.

fyi, your take on free speech is not founded in the constitution or any constitutional principles. the most famous originalist and textualist, the late justice antonin scalia, has expressed multiple times that any person on american soil, regardless of his status, enjoys all the constitutional protections given to US citizens.
