I’ll be really interested to see how new models and businesses spin up to find different uses for the space. Commercial -> Residential conversions?

Sone cre loans were signed under favorable terms before the vacancies and rate changes. 5yr notes turning over… eventually gets tough.

I think part of it is the BTFP bailout for small/midsize banks that hold all these underwater CRE assets. Fed is set to wind down that facility in spring (we'll see) which may mean either rate cut time or fire sale for Jamie Dimon time I would think.
