On junk food it's good if it's "low sodium" but now we drink these 1000mg sodium electrolyte packets? I don't get it. Someone please explain

if you're not electolyte depleted, then you don't need exogenous sodium. but if you're working out intensely, then you do. for different personas and JTBD.
