About a month and a half ago, my wife was diagnosed with celiac disease, so we had to cut gluten COMPLETELY out of our diet, no bread, no pasta, no barley, and pretty much no packaged food unless it screams "gluten-free" At first it felt overwhelming, but it quickly turned into a fun challenge. We’ve been experimenting, getting creative in the kitchen and even inventing some dishes and sauces🥗🥑 Got any tips or recipe ideas? Please Let me know💜 I like to share our journey in /food channel, is it possible @colin ? Anyone can put in a good word for us with colin?😄
