Man I am just transitioning from 0->1 and it’s hard…I can’t imagine 2 rn! Family across the country, partner busier than I am, had to say ‘no’ to opportunities that I know set me back. But I’ve accepted it’s all part of the adjustment and am slowly figuring out how to balance and get to new normal. I naively thought maybe 1->2 could be a little easier once you get the hang of things but looks like I’m wrong 😅

I cut back on caffeine this year with decaf nespresso pods which was decent (Melozio decaf). More recently tho I’ve been drinking this matcha mushroom drink thing called Magic Mind. I quite like it so far (less jittery, still productive), tho I can’t drink it on an empty stomach.
