That's amazing, can you tell how it analyze top 10 or 50 users? Based on neynar score? Can't we make it to fcfs?

It analyses the social graph of everyone and score them and then picks the top by their score.

Well that's seems to be better than fcfs Seems complex at the same time , how it does so? If user has not engaged for few days , his score get dropped?

There is not one single way to do this. It depends on the prompt and the context. But for an example, if I say top likers of this cast It will first fetch all the account who likes this cast, score each of them based on their followers(each follower is also given a score) and then find the accounts with the highest score. If I put most loyal, then it will also give a score based on who follows/engage with me. So agent change scoring based on the context.
