liberal justice. they were both tapped by Bill Clinton if the court finds for the State and POTUS doesn’t comply we’re in hot water (but those are two big variables so i guess we listen to meditation music and cross the bridge when we get there…)

not by virtue of the relationship itself, but these close proximities and political history tend to correlate with their own views of the world. we know at least he was liberal enough to get appointed by Clinton to sit on a court in California

I don’t know why I’m hopeful this will end well for the people but I’m cautiously optimistic. It may be the court.. or it might be in upcoming elections. It also might be I’m deluding myself. LA has the time. I don’t think they are gonna stop
