One simple question. Why don't we enshrine Signature Based Witness Encryption on L1? It makes L1 decentralized encryption machine where the other L1s never can compete. It's quite practical now, and no reason to skip discussions about it.

last one year, I went to over 20 countries. What I thought was the gap between countries is significantly vanished and there's almost no difference of life styles among people in many places. They have houses and cars, and they do smart phones all the days.
