This was a great episode we should push large staking operators like @coinbase and @lidofinance to implement circuit breakers if they haven’t already in order to mitigate the risk of a supermajority bug arising from multiple clients having the same bug at the same time (there’s a much lower likelihood of this happening vs. a bug in just one client hence why client diversity is so important but we recently saw this issue on the holesky testnet while testing for pectra)
