Checkpoint #2 is live! Accessible updates of the last 4-5 All Core Dev calls. Pectra is live on mainnet in ~a week, are you caught up on ACD? → Successful Hoodi upgrade → Wen history expiry? → Fusaka scope → EOF removed → New ACD call structure post-Pectra https://blog.ethereum.org/2025/04/29/checkpoint-2

You can see the list of recent consolidation requests on https://light-holesky.beaconcha.in/validators/el_consolidations if you cannot find yours. You can do the same for exit or withdrawal requests on https://light-holesky.beaconcha.in/validators/el_withdrawals .

If you want to test some of new Pectra staking features on Holesky, you can go on https://pectra.holesky.launchpad.ethstaker.cc/en/validator-actions. Let us know if you have any comment or if you encounter any issue.

We have been working on an upgrade to the Launchpad that includes new Pectra features. We are looking for feedback on the new content and the new features. You can test the new launchpad on Pectra devnet-6 right now. - Devnet-6 landing page: https://pectra-devnet-6.ethpandaops.io/ - Devnet-6 launchpad instance: https://devnet6.launchpad.ethstaker.cc/ Let me know your address if you need devnet-6 ETH for these tests.

Are you working in the Ethereum ecosystem and not running your own node? I'm giving away free one-on-one sessions to get you up and running on your own machine at home. Simply reply here with what you do for Ethereum and have your DMs open.

The upstream CLI has ossified. We did try to merge or bring our changes upstream but we did not get a proper response which lead us to create this new project. I'm not sure what the future will look like. I believe there are a few discussions still going on.

EthStaker is proud to be releasing its first production version of ethstaker-deposit-cli https://github.com/eth-educators/ethstaker-deposit-cli/releases/tag/v1.0.0. This CLI tool can be used to generate your validator keys, to generate your voluntary exit, to add a withdrawal address to an existing validator that does not have one and few other features. Check out documentation website on https://deposit-cli.ethstaker.cc/ for all details. Huge thanks to Valefar, Yorick, @nixo, @remyroy and Trail of Bits for their efforts into bringing this project to completion!

I would argue that LST has much more risks which is why it has higher rewards in many cases. Here is a short list of additional risks: 1. Smart contract vulnerability risk 2. Counterparty and protocol risk 3. Liquidity and redemption risks 4. Systemic DeFi integration risks 5. Regulatory uncertainty risks It's totally fine to view these risks has being acceptable for higher rewards. It's a matter of personal preferences.

Selling drugs on the street has a pretty big ROI if you truly want to maximize this. I'm only half-joking. To me vanilla staking is a stable somewhat conservative way with low risks to put your ETH at work. The main incentive to me is supporting and helping the Ethereum network. ROI or APR is only one aspect of this choice. You have to weight the risks too.
