i strive to avoid regret, to learn from mistakes and do better, but it seems inevitable to think about the past on occasion, and what could have been.
when each of my kids were born, having done a single thing differently became unthinkable, invalidated, as if the past had crystallized into one timeline, the right one, despite everything, the lowest lows and all, for fear the slightest change would land me in a world without them.
life is chaotic and wonderful, always keep going, always look for the light, and we'll get through, even if it goes by too fast.
we are so happy and relieved to see our third starting his journey.
