Hello. I'm 28 years old, I live alone. I work, I'm getting a second degree. I have a wild envy of my neighbors who live upstairs. I live in this apartment 4 years and all this time they from 11 pm to 3 am organize marathons with sighing and puffing. How they manage to get up at 6am and go to work all day, I don't know. But every morning and every evening I see them in the entryway and say hello. They look happy, always hugging each other. They have two sons. I don't know how they do it. In case I find a worthy man, I have to be ready.

In 2022, my weight was 104 kg. After realizing that constant knee pain, general heaviness and dissatisfaction with myself could not be tolerated any longer, I decided to make a radical change in my life. I took control of the situation, began to watch my diet and regularly attended the gym. The first months people around me actively supported my efforts, praised me and inspired me to move forward. After a while, my weight dropped to 70 kg and my attitude changed dramatically. Even people close to me began to express a negative opinion: why else should I lose weight, as if I looked like a bodybuilder and I should stop. Despite the fact that at a height of 163 cm this weight is excessive. I strived to achieve the perfect shape. Now I have done it, a good figure and a weight of 55 kg. Why do some people prefer to react negatively to positive changes in my life rather than genuinely rejoice at my successes?
