I built bariOS on a weekend.
Didn’t even tell the team. Just kept building this small experiment.

Then I added token-gated apps. ($BARIO FTW)
Slipped in some abandoned DOS games.
Built a YouTube viewer that looks and sounds like an old VCR player; clicky buttons, and all of it.
Dropped in Minesweeper. Then MacPaint.
Then I connected that MacPaint to Zora.

Wrapped the whole thing as a web app, a mobile web app, a PWA, and a mini app.
Made it run smooth with Farcaster SDK.
Integrated OnchainKit so it just works everywhere.
Optimized it for the Ethereum Phone with nothing but a screenshot.
Debugged it for Base App without having beta access.

At one point, I even built a physical bariOS device with a Raspberry Pi, a touchscreen, and a 3D-printed case.

I did everything I could to make it seamless, playful, and deeply wired into the @base.base.eth ecosystem.

Now it’s featured on Farcaster.
And it’s the most popular gaming mini app on Base App.
