Definitely drink water over anything. I find myself getting a caffeine drink quite a bit. Most are 0 sugar 0 calories but have 300mg of caffeine. I like bang, bucked up and Celsius

Frisbee golf. Its actually a good workout. Some courses are basically a 3 mile hike. Nice free way to enjoy the outdoors!
