Texas Gov. Abbott signed the "Bitcoin Reserve Bill" into law. It lets the state invest unlimited funds from its treasury into Bitcoin. The bill creates a Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. The Comptroller can buy BTC if its market cap meets certain conditions. Texas could invest up to $2.1B if 10% of its fund goes to Bitcoin.
