Good night, Farcasters! 
I had a great day. I went to the bank, market, cooked, and ate. I've been listening to music more, thanks to @realuchman’s influence. My body aches a bit, but I know I'll feel better after a good rest. I just had a hot shower, and I'm praying it'll help. 

As I lie down, I'm reminded of Proverbs 3:24: 'When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet(Amen)
