So I was all happy because I got someone I know to sign up to Warpcast. I was watching them do it on their phone, they got to the confirm email part and that's when the onboarding process crashed and burned hard. The confirm email never came, not in the spam folder. They clicked resend. It still didn't come. They contacted support, support auto replies and says our team will get back to you as soon as we can. That was 11 days ago.... What I wonder is, how often does this happen during the sign up process and the potential new user just says fuck it and doesn't even contact support? And if they do contact support, that is a long turn around just to sign up to an app. We don't even know how long yet, because it is still ongoing but 11 days is already too long.
