I’m in the middle of 40 days of praying for 10 “impossible” things.
One morning I wrote:
“God, if I’m going to build something—lead it.”
Psalm 90:17 — establish the work of our hands.
That same day I asked my coworkers:
“What’s the most frustrating thing right now?”
Every answer: behavior tracking.
Walkies. Paper logs. Messy spreadsheets.
That night I went home and built a working prototype.
Next day: we tested it live.
Every staff member said they’d use it over what we have.
Spent the week refining it:
– admin panel
– escalation logic
– staff management
– pilot dashboard
We’re now running a live pilot this week.
And this week:
• a school principal reached out
• an after-school program is interested
I work part-time at Boys & Girls Club making $15/hr.
Built this on a weeknight.
It’s called Tally.
God really establishes what you put your hands to 👏🏾🙌🏾
