The other day I pulled the numbers from TallyMarq and saw that staff have now documented 1,500+ behavior incidents through the platform. For some reason, seeing that number hit me differently. I kept telling myself I’d wait until we crossed 1,000 incidents before really focusing on growing it. Looking back… I’m not sure why I was waiting. The biggest validation hasn’t been the number itself. It’s watching the team at Boys & Girls Club of Greater Holland actually use it every day. It’s become part of how we support kids, communicate across sites, and make better decisions. That’s what gave me the confidence to stop treating this like an experiment and start building for what’s next.
