Shipped the Culture Shift website today. Rebuilt from scratch. Every section reflects where the organization actually is now — the vision, the tools, the faith framework I’ve been building for years. I wanted it done before May 26th so people leaving the conversation with UCC have somewhere real to go. I’m grateful I got it across the finish line. This is also a heavy week. The 27th marks one year since I lost my Dad. My birthday comes right after. Last year I spent it at his viewing. The last time I saw him. I don’t say that for sympathy. I say it because I think there’s something important about naming the weight you’re carrying while you’re still working. Still building. Still showing up. Still seeking God in all of it.
