TallyMarq is a real-time behavior incident logging app I built for youth programs — solo, from scratch, using AI as my co-developer.,
No technical co-founder. No dev agency. Just an idea, a problem I watched happen in real time at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and a commitment to build something staff would actually use.
The product insight nobody talks about: youth workers don't have time for complicated software. They have 30 seconds before the next thing happens.
