I built this because I realized I was spending way too much of my creative energy doing work that didn’t actually require my creativity. So far: → 35 long-form videos processed → 35+ hours of manual packaging removed → 12–30 potential clips generated per video → 3 long-form videos/week → One recent upload turned into 62 scheduled posts across 4 platforms And the system still keeps me in the loop for approval before publishing. The biggest unlock hasn’t been “AI makes more content.” It’s realizing how much of a creator’s job is actually systems infrastructure disguised as creative work. Automate the friction, not the creativity. I’m building Creator OS so I can operate like a media company without needing to become one.
