Imagine uploading a YouTube video… A few minutes later: • The transcript is analyzed • A title is written in my voice • The description and tags are generated • A thumbnail is created • Everything is uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted draft • I get an email to review it • I click one button when I’m happy with it, and it goes live Now imagine that’s just the beginning. The next step is having that same video automatically turned into short-form clips, writing captions for each one, and scheduling them across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram over the next 24 hours. I’ve been building this myself over the past few weeks. I’ve spent years hearing “just post more” while knowing the hardest part was never hitting record. It was everything that came after. I’m trying to build the production team I wish every solo creator had.
