It's also pretty cool that the "time to first user complaint" is like 99.9% shorter. Like there's no reason to spend more than a month working on something before putting it in the hands of users (who I can easily identify since I am one).
I can't be married to code I didn't make, and 1 month's sunk cost is still just a learning experience. Now I can rebuilt it 2x faster and 5x better. Fuck it. That approach didn't solve the problem? Pivoting is one afternoon.
Trying things has marginal cost now, and it can be pretty fun too. Lfg 🚀
