I’ve always loved mixing different flavors.
My dear friend @olenakarp.eth introduced me to a truly surprising combination: bitter coffee with ice cream.
Suddenly, I told myself, "how have I never tried this before? How did it not cross my mind?"
I’ve even tasted fried ice cream, but this one… this was a mix of two completely opposite worlds.
When I dipped the ice cream into the coffee and took a bite, an unexpected feeling came over me.
It was as if two completely different worlds had made peace in my mouth. The bitter warmth of the coffee felt like a distant, calm memory… and the sweet cold of the ice cream- like a sudden smile on a grey day.
At that moment, I felt both awakened and deeply immersed, not just by the taste, but by the experience that stirred my thoughts as well.
I told myself: sometimes, life is just like this…
A mix of contrasts, creating a balance you’ll never truly understand until you experience it.
Now, for me, coffee and ice cream are not just something to eat. They’re a reminder
That I need to be more courageous in trying new things, even when the combination seems impossible.
My recommendation? Definitely give it a try.
