We had some spare time today so @pirosb3 and I were able to make some Bountycaster updates:

- improved bot parsing so should have fewer errors
- now "@bountybot" will by default help evaluate all responses to a bounty using AI
- updated to 0x v2 pricing so pricing on non-USDC tokens is more accurate
- updated FAQ

Next up:

- auto-categorization on bounties (right now it's all manual)
- add an admin panel to the mini app to update bounty status, amount, deadline (part of our remaining frames v1 migration)
