it was an ambiguous comment, many readings are viable! but not what I meant because: - re: food not sure comment is true (500M Indians and 1.9B muslims care a lot about what is in their food, mostly not in 1st world) - re: decentralization, not-1st-worlders often "get" decentralization more than 1st worlders
