We had rotisserie chicken yesterday, so I took the scrap bones, put them all in a pot with water, max temp till boil, then lower the temp down, simmer for 5-6 hrs. Removed everything but the liquid, put it in the fridge after it cooled down.
Looks at that collagen. Just look at it. There's not a drop of pure liquid in it now. All straight collagen.
