Have a bit more time now to answer to @siadude and @nounishprof, and Patek and a golden Speedy seemed like cliche replies, so let me update my watches (that I don't have the money for lol), with some pics so people can appreciate.
Dress watch: Glasshute Panomatic Lunar blue. A bit atypical, but speaks volumes. The moonphase complication is one of the prettiest I've seen.
Chrono watch: Omega Snoopy Speedmaster 50th anniversary (also a huge crypto watch) - on the back of the watch, Snoopy goes on the rocket around the moon, crazy mechanic, watch the video of it if you can.
