Big coffee set from Sherry at mandarin coffee house here in LA, as part of a special pop-up. Clockwise from far left: pure milk brew (a natural coffee from Yunnan steeped overnight in milk), pourover, yuanyang (a Hong Kong cafe favorite: milk tea combined with coffee [or in this case, espresso]), a mandarin kueh (sweet rice cake), and a cold brewed tea as a palate cleanser.
