raffy.eth is now hybrid (a mix of on-chain and off-chain) and the on-chain data is currently provided thru fallback to my old resolver, since i just switched to the TOR (TheOffchainResolver) my ccip server is providing my current tz and local weather

I wrote some docs for TheOffchainResolver, which enables gasless offchain over DNS today and (will) enable 2-tx 0-contract offchain for ENS names.
