My favorite part of Chernobyl is where Legasov breaks everything down for the court and the world. The way he uses that simple model to explain the reactor’s design flaws, step-by-step, while slowly unraveling the layers of lies… it’s so powerful. And the moment he says, “Every lie we tell incurs a debt to the truth. Sooner or later, that debt is paid.” Chills.

Yeah that part bursted my brain, just shows how much damage nuclear weapons can do And it was based on a real life event
