Fentanyl, opiates, etc., yeah they are horrible and more dangerous on any given occasion 

but they are not nearly as accepted or pervasive as alcohol, far more families are impacted by alcohol than these others tbh

Fentanyl and opioids are deadly, no doubt,but alcohol is socially endorsed, legally sold everywhere, and woven into everyday life.
