did a little eye make up today but i don’t know how to do the dark and highlights thingy nor do i have the patience to add more steps to my little make up routine. just doing one color looks weird so no more eye make up. end of story gn.

the one color looks good! my cheat code is do the one color + top it up w any kind of glittery/shimmery one. you don't even need a brush for that. depending on the product just dip finger and smear it across eyelid. but if you do have a brush + setting spray, then wet the brush w it, dip and smear. looks like you put in some effort without actually having to and then mascara ties it all together.

yesss! just try it out one day you're hanging out at home and see how it looks and also how it carries through the day. some products are weird and they crease so bad. there have been mornings i've come back from a night out only to see i've become a ghoul

can i use my highlighter (it’s super glittery too) instead of an eye shadow? it has a brush on the back side of it to do dab dab. 

i think the problem was matching the tones of the one color with everything else..lips-cheeks-tone of highlighter. it’s why this one was looking odd.
