The Blockchain Group is finalizing its U.S. OTCID listing, expected in 2-4 weeks. As Europe’s first Bitcoin treasury firm, no new shares or fundraising are involved. Post-listing, market makers will buy existing shares on Euronext and offer U.S. trading in dollars. The group recently added 116 BTC, bringing its total holdings to 1,904.
