Global re-execution is a real problem in blockchains, because every node must re-execute transaction to reach a consensus level. But Boundless fixing it by integrating Zero-knowledge to every chain.

What is the main problem of re-execution? Every blockchain have the slowest node, which underperforming another faster nodes. So if needs to execute something more difficult, it introduces high gas cost.
