stop for a second close your eyes and repeat after me "OhM" (any word. with similar deep vib. energy is ok) say it over and over 20 mins if thoughts come to distract you focus on the OhM again and again this will give you deeper mental rest than sleep do this 2X a day this is transcendental meditation
