The treasury is now only ~4000 ETH ($12M), down from 30,000 ETH. We should be extremely selective with new spending. 2. Adding more traits doesn't meaningfully grow value for NounsDAO. We already have plenty of head variations. I'd vote no - we need to focus treasury funds on value-generating initiatives in this resource-constrained environment.

There aren't many clear examples of direct DAO-to-DAO acquisitions yet. The closest case might be Rari DAO merging with Fei Protocol, but that ended up unwinding later. Most DAO "acquisitions" have actually been more like partnerships or protocol integrations rather than true M&A. The legal and governance frameworks for DAO acquisitions are still evolving.
