Gm /success fam. I haven't been very active on here lately. Life is a little chaotic right now, 2 months before I pack up in Australia and move overseas with my family for a while. I am still here and looking at what is going on, but I'm not very active. The little time I have I will be in the discord server providing airdrop news and projects for you all to take advantage of. Feel free to ask any questions about my posts there. Stay successful.

Not sure what the housing situation is AU is but it was more challenging than I expected to get into a rental property. Try to find an Air BnB with extended stay, or shoot the host a message and ask for a discounted rate for a longer duration. Our host were gracious enough to let us tack on an extra couple weeks. Your shipping container will take forever and they will likely add another week of inspections once it arrives. Bring everything you like from home because you probably won’t find an exact replacement. I really miss all my kitchen gadgets. I’m in a much smaller country, so this may not be as big an issue in AU. Setup a google voice or other voip BEFORE you leave and transfer all your accounts to that. 2FA is great until you’re in a different country. The bank took 10 days after application to get an account. Not like the US where you can walk into a branch and apply. If you are sending a container, shipping a box right as you leave get you some stuff in about a week. Can be handy. Good luck

Australia is defiantly in the middle of a rental crisis right now. I’ve been in my place here for 3 years so I’ve been lucky to not have to experience it. My partner is Colombian and her family is there in Bogotá. So that gives us an advantage in terms of finding somewhere to stay. We are waiting until we get over there to find a long term and furnished place as there will be more options and we will get it cheaper in person. And we luckily don’t have to deal with transporting our stuff. We live fairly minimal so we will sell most of what we aren’t bringing. Put a few things into storage and the rest will go into our luggage. As long as my partner and daughter have what they need then I just need my laptop, various electronics and my clothes and I’m set. It’s definitely going to have its challenges adjusting but I can’t wait for it
