Couldn’t imagine going to the gym everyday spending at least an hour there and not make any progress or improvement in my physique Yet this is such a common thing for countless people… If you’re going to the gym spending 5-7 hours there a week and not seeing changes it’s HIGHLY LIKELY 1) your diet sucks 2) you’re not increasing weights or reps over time 3) your hormones are all jacked up If this is you, it’s not very hard to troubleshoot what’s happening Once you fix those 3 you’re off to the races and the gym becomes your sanctuary
