nvidia cannot afford to lose china market. however, this wont stop china from developing their own high end chips to replace nvidia cause china knows this is only temporary and can get cut off anytime when america became erratic again. China in the next few years will out their own high end chips and will then totally cut off american chips from the china market on the high end market. Once china out their own chips, they will then be pushing to  other countries which was not able to get those ai chips and that is plenty of market.
