Definitely lost some friends opting out of chats.

Didn’t realize how sensitive some are. Probably abandonment and rejection issues. 

Now I just endure the pain of non-stop notifications 24-7. It’s fine.

What even hurts more is when they leaves a huge speech with a “goodbye and love you all” message at the end and then leaves the gc
