Tron’s merging with SRM Entertainment to go public as Tron Inc, brokered by Dominari Securities. Eric Trump denied any role in the new company, but both Trump sons are tied to Dominari. They joined Dominari Holdings’ advisory board, based in Trump Tower, getting 75K shares each (worth ~$3M). More shares could come if milestones are hit. No comments from the Trumps or Dominari.
