Thanks for the feedback! To begin engaging with Polygon DAOs like Quickswap and QiDao, our plan includes: - Publishing small, high-signal governance updates (via Digest) tailored to their current proposals - Reaching out on their community channels and forums to introduce Agent DAVOS - Drafting lightweight proposals that showcase how Davos could improve participation and reduce governance overhead We’re taking an open, collaborative approach to ensure the system evolves alongside the needs of the communities it supports.

🔗 Alignment with Polybrain's Priorities Davos brings autonomy, reasoning, and auditability to an area that directly impacts community power: governance. It contributes to the agentic economy on Polygon by: - Enabling sovereign decision-making through AI - Reducing friction for token holders to participate meaningfully - Producing public traces of reasoning that can be reviewed and improved While many agents focus on execution or research tasks, Davos is purpose-built for decision-making—arguably the most direct interface between AI and collective power. We're excited to push this forward with the Polygon community and welcome feedback as we build in the open.

♻️ Sustainability Davos is designed to be minimal and modular. The core is open-source and fully auditable: proposal parsing, decision logic, Safe integration, and reasoning traces. This ensures the system can be adopted, extended, and verified by others long after this grant ends. Modular LLM integration allows switching between providers (we start with OpenAI, but others can be added easily), so it’s not locked to one API or service. And users retain full control: the system uses a 2-key Safe where the AI can only act if no manual vote is submitted. This design allows for sustainable usage at small scale today—and growth as the ecosystem matures.

Thanks for the response—happy to expand. 🧠 Measurable Impact Project Davos addresses a quantifiable gap in DAO governance: low participation, especially from long-tail token holders. By automating voting based on user-defined principles and publishing reasoning traces for every vote, Davos has the potential to: - Increase voter turnout in DAOs like Quickswap, QiDao, and Balancer, starting with 3 live proposals during this grant round - Activate delegated or passive voting power that currently sits idle - Foster engagement through transparent voting explanations We’ll track metrics like participation deltas (before/after Davos).

5️⃣ Milestone & Budget We’ll ship a working MVP of Project Davos on Polygon PoS: 🗳️ Snapshot integration: Full proposal parsing and vote submission on real DAOs (e.g. Quickswap, QiDao, PolygonDAO) 🤖 Agent that analyzes and votes on at least 3 live proposals 🧠 Public reasoning traces for each vote 🖥️ Simple frontend for users to review and optionally override votes before deadlines 🔍 Release of all core components as open source, enabling full auditability Budget (40,000 POL): 4,000 POL – LLM API usage (e.g. OpenAI) 5,000 POL – Voting integration with Snapshot & Tally 6,000 POL – Frontend (manual override + vote preview) 8,000 POL – Proposal parsing & reasoning engine 17,000 POL – Developer time (MVP build + testing)

4️⃣ Team & Resources 👨‍💻 We are a small team with a track record of shipping infrastructure for cross-chain security and state-access, governance, and agent key management. 🔑 We built Keyring, a key management system (KMS) that allows agents to sign transactions across EVM chains based on modular policies and user-defined rules. 🌐 We’ve also developed a trust-minimized block header relayer and oracle aggregation layer, enabling cross-chain additive security and on-chain verification of state across networks—used in production today. 💡 Our work has received support from Optimism, GnosisDAO, and Arbitrum, and was recognized in Uniswap’s bridge assessment. 🎯 We're focused on delivering a transparent, usable, and verifiable AI delegate for Polygon DAOs.

3️⃣ Technical Integration Strategy ⚙️ Davos integrates with Snapshot and Tally on Polygon PoS, supporting both proposal reading and signed vote submissions. 🔐 Votes are handled via Keyring, a modular KMS where users keep control through a 2-key Safe: - One key stays with the user - The second (Davos key) only votes if no override happens before the deadline 🧠 Proposal analysis is done via a modular LLM integration. We’ll start with OpenAI, but other providers can be plugged in. 🧾 All components needed for end-to-end auditing of Davos’ behavior will be open-source and publicly accessible.

2️⃣ Distribution Strategy 🤝 Partnership-Driven Launch: We’ll reach out to Polygon-native DAOs and governance tooling teams (Snapshot, Tally) for early integrations and pilot deployments. 📣 Content & Community Campaign: Each vote cast by Davos will include a public reasoning trace. This invites visibility, discussion, and feedback on Davos' decisions. 🌐 Open Governance Dashboard: A lightweight site will show Davos’s proposals, reasoning, and votes across Polygon DAOs—fully transparent and accessible.

1️⃣ Problem & Solution 🔍 Problem: DAO governance suffers from low voter participation, even when large treasuries are at stake. Delegation helps—but many delegates are inactive or misaligned, and individual token holders often don’t have the time or knowledge to vote thoughtfully. 🛠️ Solution: Project Davos (Decentralized Autonomous VOting System) is an AI-powered, autonomous delegate. It reads, analyzes, and votes on governance proposals across Polygon DAOs based on user- or DAO-defined principles. If no manual vote is submitted by the deadline, Davos casts the vote automatically—with a transparent reasoning trace. This improves governance efficiency, reduces voter fatigue, and helps DAOs maintain healthy quorum and engagement—especially on platforms like Snapshot and Tally. 📍 We will focus on DAOs active on Polygon PoS, such as Quickswap, QiDao, PolygonDAO, and Balancer.
