does anyone have a wagmi/viem implementation to mint NFTs across mint platforms? I want to build one button that hides the complexity for ERC721 and ERC1155 with tokenId from Manifold, OpenSea, etc.

I am not sure you could do this. In the Highlight and the Manifold implementations you need more than just token id — you need these other ids from the platforms 

I would be curious how Reservoir did it
